Terms & Conditions of booking

Course Description
Due to changing statutory requirements and our aim to continually improve our courses, Smartcare Training Ltd reserves the right to change the course content and/or trainer in line with market and statutory demands.

Course Dates and Venues
Smartcare Training Ltd reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and/or change venues without liability.  In the event of a cancellation by Smartcare Training Ltd, where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

Booking
To secure your reservation a completed booking form and cheque must be received within 2 working days of a provisional booking, which can be made by telephoning 01978 315207. 

Reservations can only be guaranteed on receipt of a completed booking form and cheque.

Joining Instructions
On receipt of a completed booking form and payment, booking will be confirmed and further instructions detailing the delegate’s participation on the training event will be issued (via post or email).  This includes a location map, venue details and course timings. 

Delegate Substitution
Notified Substitutions can be made without incurring a penalty.  Please notify us of any delegate substitutions as soon as possible before the training event.

Cancellations
The following refunds will be returned if you cancel:

  • 28+ days before a course = 100% of the course fee
  • 15 – 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee
  • 8 – 14 days before a course = 25% of the course fee
  • 1 – 7 days before a course = No refunds given

Many courses can be delivered within the workplace.  To alleviate training costs and travel to training events, smartcare will support and help coordinate organisations that are willing to work together.
